What is the difference between stamps and customer tiers?

Stamps are a card that fills up, pays out once, then starts again. Tiers are a level a customer reaches and keeps, which can give a percentage off every order from then on. Stamps reward the next visit. Tiers reward the habit. Both live on the Loyalty and stamps page and you can run them together.
