Where can I see everything that moved an ingredient?

At the bottom of Menu, then Ingredients & suppliers, under What moved. It lists the last forty changes with the reason against each one, so a sale, a cancel, a delivery, a count and a wastage all read differently. That list is the first place to look when a number surprises you.
