Where do I download the counter app?

Settings, then The POS. The box called The app carries the Android download link and the version number. Android asks once whether to allow installing from that source, which is normal and safe. Install it on the tablet, add the device on the same screen, and type the six character code it gives you into the app. The pairing steps are written out in POS and the counter in the docs.
