Who chooses the four numbers each person types?

You do, when you add them under Settings, The POS. You type four numbers in Their PIN and hand them over. They can be changed any time from the same row, and changing somebody's numbers also clears any wait they are sitting under. Nobody can look a PIN up afterwards, including you, so a forgotten one is replaced rather than found.
