Who in my restaurant is allowed to buy the POS add-on?

The owner login only. A manager who opens Plan and billing is told politely that billing is owner only and asked to pass it on. That is the same rule that covers choosing a plan and saving a card. Managers can still set up everything at the counter that is not money, such as printers and stations.
