Who is allowed to close the shift?

Anybody signed in can close a normal shift. You count the drawer note by note on the closing screen, and the POS shows what should be there, what you counted and the difference. A manager is needed for one case only: closing while orders are still unpaid. A manager can do that, the unpaid orders move to the next shift, and the decision is written down.
