Can a guest change or cancel their own booking?

Not from the page. The thank you screen tells them to call you if plans change, which for a table of four is the honest answer. You cancel it in one press on Orders → Reservations & waitlist, and Undo puts it back if the phone call turned out to be a misunderstanding.
