Yes. Every device asks for the room again about every fifteen seconds and gets the whole room back, so a round sent on one phone is on the other phone and on the counter machine within seconds. The one thing refused is two open tabs on one table. If two people send at the same moment, both rounds go through, numbered in the order they arrived.
