I changed the percentage but an open table still shows the old one.

A table that is already open keeps the figure it was last worked out with until its next round. Send another round, or close and reopen the table, and it takes the new percentage. Tables opened after the change use the new figure straight away. Change it between services where you can, rather than in the middle of one.
