Can a manager see the shift reports, or is it owner only?

Managers can see them. A shift lead who cannot see today's takings cannot run the shift. What a manager is refused is short and specific, and it is listed in the Account, trial and billing tab of the docs. Every download of a report is recorded with who did it and when.
