Is there restaurant reporting software built in, or do I have to export everything to Excel?

Built in. Your Dashboard has today, the last seven and thirty days, your average order, revenue and orders per day, best sellers, repeat customers, coupons and review link taps. Reports then holds the cards for the longer view: Monthly statements as a PDF or XLSX, Shifts and the POS for what the counter took, Hours worked, Message history, Sent email and Tracked links. Every one is read-only, so opening them changes nothing. Excel is there when you want it: the statement XLSX has real numbers you can add up, and the shifts, hours and orders screens each have a CSV. The Reports & insights tab in the docs reads the dashboard for you in thirty seconds.
