Can I add a service charge to tables only?

Yes. Settings → The POS, the Service charge on tables section, one field, from 0 to 20 percent. It is added to every table as its own line called Service charge, on the tab, on each bill and on the receipt. A counter sale never carries it. Type 0 to switch it off, and the line beside the field then reads Off today.
