Can I change the split after somebody has already paid?

You can keep adding bills by item, but you cannot switch to an even split and you cannot change how many ways once a bill is paid. The screen says so rather than quietly renumbering money that is already in the drawer. Decide the shape of the split before the first card comes out and the evening stays simple.
