Can I download my POS sales as a spreadsheet?

Yes. Reports, Shifts and the POS has a Download CSV link that gives one row per shift for the dates you picked, and it opens in Excel or Numbers. If you want a row per order instead, use Export these orders on the Orders board, which includes counter sales alongside your online ones.
