Can I reopen a shift after I have closed it?

No. A closed shift is a finished record, and the Z report keeps the figures exactly as they stood when somebody counted, signed and banked. If new arithmetic could be applied to a closed day, no closed day could be trusted. If something needs explaining, write it in the note box while you are closing, or in the note on the next shift.
