Can the terrace and the inside room be separate plans?

Yes, and that is what Where it is on each table decides. Every different word becomes its own area with its own grid, and the devices show the areas as buttons across the top of the Tables screen. Keep the spelling identical for tables in the same place: Terrace and Terace would be read as two different areas.
