Do the restaurants I sign up see what I pay you?

No. They are invoiced at the price YOU set, and your trading name is on that relationship, so the arrangement is not hidden from them — but your partner price and your margin are between you and us and appear on no document they receive. You can also charge for your own work on top: setup, the menu build, training, being the person who answers when something breaks. We do not set that and take no cut of it.
