Does a restaurant know it came through a channel partner, and can it see what I make?

It knows who it pays, because that is who bills it. It cannot see your partner price or your margin anywhere in its dashboard — those live in your portal only. The restaurant's own plan, features and screens are identical to any other restaurant's.
