Does my accountant get what they need?

Yes. Monthly statements come as a PDF and a spreadsheet, every order has an invoice, and counter sales print as proper tax invoices with the VAT line and your tax number once that number is saved on your restaurant details. Your platform invoices are separate documents on the billing screen. Reports and insights in the docs lists what each one contains.
