How do I know how many covers I have booked tonight?

Open Orders → Reservations & waitlist. The three figures at the top are the bookings for the day you are looking at with the covers counted, how many are booked ahead, and how many are waiting at the door right now. Use the Day box to look at another night. Each row has Seat, No-show and Cancel, and anything you get wrong has an Undo.
