How does the waitlist work?

It is the queue at the door. Under Waitlist on Orders → Reservations & waitlist, add the person: name, how many they are, a phone number and notes. They sit as Waiting with the minutes counting up. Press Call when a table frees, then Seat when they sit down and pick the table, or Left if they gave up. Rows fall off the screen on their own twelve hours after they were added.
