I am often away from the shop. Can I see what the counter is taking right now from my phone?

Yes. A cloud based restaurant POS sends every sale to us within seconds of it being taken, so Reports → Shifts and the POS on your dashboard shows the open shift and what it has taken so far. Your dashboard tiles count counter sales along with online orders. The dashboard works in a phone browser, so you do not need to be at a computer. If a device is offline its sales are waiting on the device and reach us when the wifi is back, so a quiet screen can mean a wifi problem rather than a quiet shop.
