I have several restaurants. Can I see the bookings for all of them?

Not as one list, but the count is there. The Branches screen on our website shows today's bookings for each branch in your group, with a total across them, beside the orders and the revenue. Open a branch from that screen and its own Reservations & waitlist page has the detail. Account, trial & billing in the docs explains how a branch group is set up.
