One person is paying by card and the rest in cash on the same bill. Possible?

Yes. On the Charge screen add more than one way of paying to the same sale, and the amounts add up to the total. Only cash is allowed to be over, and the change comes out of the cash part. An amount over on the card machine is a typing mistake, so it is refused rather than turned into change handed out of your drawer.
