Somebody filled a cart and never ordered. Do you keep that?

Briefly, and it is handled more strictly than anything else. A cart that never became an order is deleted outright after a few days — the whole record, name and phone included — rather than being blanked and kept. It is also deleted the instant that number places a real order. It is the one table holding somebody who never bought anything, so it gets the shortest life on the platform.
