The grill screen is full of drinks. Can I fix that?

Yes, with stations. Set them up under Settings → The POS → Printing & receipts, then set Who cooks it on each dish under Your menu. Buttons across the top of the kitchen screen then read Everything, Grill, Drinks and so on. Tap one and that screen shows only its own dishes and hides orders that have none of them.
