There is no Book a table button on my page. Why?

One of two reasons, and Settings → Tables & QR ordering says which at the top of the page. Either table booking is not part of your plan, which is Growth and above, or you have no tables switched on yet. Add one table and the button appears within a minute. A booking is a promise of a table, so at least one has to exist.
