We forgot to close a table overnight. Is it still there in the morning?

Yes. The floor shows open tables from the last day and a half, so last night's table is still waiting for you. Charge it, or have a manager cancel it with a reason. Something older than that drops off the floor screen, but the order itself is still on your Orders board and can be closed there like any other.
