What does a guest have to fill in to book?

How many people, a day, a time and a name. That is all that is required. A WhatsApp number and one line of notes, a birthday, a high chair, a window seat, are offered and optional. There is no account and no password. They can book up to 120 days ahead and for up to 12 people online; a bigger party is asked to call you, because a table of twenty is a conversation.
