What happens if I delete a table that has taken orders?

It is switched off instead of deleted, and the page tells you so. Past orders keep the table name they were placed under, which is the point: removing the table would quietly detach your own history. A table with nothing behind it is deleted properly. Either way its scan code stops working at once, so reprint that card before you hand it back out.
