Where do I see what I have earned in total, not just what is owed right now?

Your affiliate dashboard shows both. The balance is what is outstanding today; beside it a lifetime summary shows what has already been paid to you and what you have earned overall. Both are per currency and never added across currencies. Anything cancelled is excluded, because an accrual that was voided was never earned.
