Who on my team is allowed to connect, pause or disconnect a delivery app?

The owner or a manager. Every connect, pause, disconnect, hand typed order and dish match is recorded with who did it and when. That matters on a screen that decides whether orders can reach your kitchen at all. A cashier PIN on the POS gives none of these rights. The Orders from delivery apps tab in the docs mentions who may change settings.
