A customer asked me to delete everything about them. What do I do?

Email support with the mobile number they ordered with. Their orders keep amounts and invoice numbers (you need those for tax) but the name, phone, unit, map link, notes and message contents are stripped, and the customer record is deleted. It affects only your restaurant.
