Can I download my full customer list?

It is your data and you can have it, but there is no self-serve download button in the panel — ask us and we produce it. That is not us being slow: every customer-data export writes an audit row naming who ran it and when, and that record is what protects YOU in any later dispute about where a list went. It is also why we would rather one door existed than several. Day to day you rarely need the file — the customer's history is on the orders board by phone search, and marketing audiences are built inside the product without a list leaving it.
