Can I see my sales split by category, drinks against food?

Not as a category total today. The Best sellers panel on your Dashboard ranks dishes one by one, with how many sold and what each brought in over 7, 14 or 30 days, so you can read the drinks off it but the page does not add them up for you. The monthly statement XLSX has a Daily sheet with a row per day and a Summary sheet with the money, how orders arrived and how customers paid, again not by category. For a category split, download the orders export from the orders board for the dates you want and add it up in your spreadsheet. Restaurant management software here reports by dish and by day.
