Do my automatic messages send on Fridays and public holidays?

Order messages send at any hour on any day: a confirmation, a ticket, a dispatch or a delivery update goes out the moment it is due. Marketing waits for the daytime window, ten in the morning to nine at night in your restaurant's own time, every day of the week. There is no holiday calendar; the window is about the hour, not the date. If you do not want a promotion landing on Eid morning, hold it: set the weekly cap to zero under Marketing → Review queue & weekly cap and everything waits for your approval on the Marketing review tab until you release it.
