No. Email here goes one way, from us to you: billing notices, security alerts and the QR pack you ask us to send, all listed under Reports → Sent email. Your customers are reached on WhatsApp from your own linked number, on the loyalty card on their phone, and by text message from a phone and SIM you pair. Campaigns, win-backs and the other automatic promotions all go out on those three roads under Marketing. We do not collect customer email addresses at checkout, so there is no list to email. If restaurant email marketing software is a must for you, it would sit beside Get Menu rather than inside it.
