Does the stock sheet I download include my ingredients or only the dishes?

Only the dishes. Stock sheet (CSV) at the top of Menu → Inventory has a column for the category, the dish, the price, whether it is counted, how many are left, the alert level, how many sold today and whether it is on sale, plus an empty column for you to write in. Ingredients are not on it. To count ingredients with a pen, open the Stock-take panel on Ingredients & suppliers on a phone instead, where the shelf figure sits in grey beside each box. Type the counts as you go and press Save the count.
