How does online ordering for restaurants actually work here, from the moment a customer opens my link?

They open your address, see your menu, and add dishes to a cart, answering any choices a dish asks for. At checkout they drop a map pin, pick their building from your list, type the unit number and their phone number, and choose cash or the card machine on delivery. The order lands on your orders board, your managers' WhatsApp group gets the full ticket, and the customer gets a WhatsApp confirmation with a link to their own status page. As you press Accept, Out for delivery and Delivered, that page and their WhatsApp update. There is no app to download and no account to create.
