Is there a touch screen ordering system for customers standing at my counter?

Not a kiosk, no. What you have instead is the customer's own phone: a QR card from Settings → Tables & QR ordering opens your menu with the table already known, and the receipt can carry a code to your ordering page. A touch screen ordering system in the shop would be a machine you buy and maintain, and a phone in every pocket already does the job. The cashier's POS is the touch screen on your side of the counter. The Dine-in, QR & group orders tab in the docs explains QR ordering.
