Is this a restaurant marketing platform as well, or only order messages?

Both, from the same linked number. Order messages send themselves: the confirmation, the managers' ticket, the riders' dispatch, the delivery update and the review request. The marketing side lives under Marketing in the left bar: campaigns to an audience you choose, the win-back ladder for customers who stopped, quiet regulars, referrals, games, abandoned carts, building deals and price drop notices. Everything marketing goes through the same rails: a weekly cap per customer, a review queue that holds anyone matched by several promotions, and a daytime window. The Promotions & marketing tab in the docs lists every mechanic.
