What does cancelled after printing mean on the reports page?

It is the number and value of sales that were voided, meaning rung up and then cancelled before anybody paid. Some of that is ordinary: a wrong order, a customer who changed their mind. A lot of it, always by the same person, is worth asking about. Every void carries a reason and the manager who approved it.
