Why does an app order show a dish name I never use?

Because that product code has not been matched to one of your dishes yet. An unmatched line is kept exactly as the app wrote it, so your kitchen still gets the right food, but it carries their wording and moves no stock. Match it under Which dish is which on the Delivery apps page and the next order reads properly.
