Why can't my manager cancel a delivered order?Deliberate: a delivered order is one where cash usually already changed hands, so undoing it is kept with the owner, recorded, and announced in the managers' group. Managers still cancel anything not AnsweredCan I temporarily hide a whole category?Yes — deactivate the category and it disappears from the page with all its items, ready to reactivate for the season it returns. AnsweredDo I need a TRN to use the system? No. Without one, invoices are titled Invoice with no VAT line. Add it under Settings → Ordering and they become Tax Invoice, print the number, and show the 5% VAT already inside each total — prices ar AnsweredCan family staff share one login? They can, but separate manager accounts are better: you can revoke one phone's access without changing everyone's password, and actions are attributable. AnsweredWhy is a tab greyed out with a padlock? That feature is not in your plan. Tapping it opens a page naming the feature, the plans that include it with live prices, and your current plan. Nothing else is affected — orders, menu and WhatsApp ke AnsweredCan support make changes for me if I ask on WhatsApp?Yes — with verification, and every operator action lands in your audit log with a visible record. 'Fix it for me' is a real service, not a risk hole. AnsweredWhich browsers are supported?Any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet, Edge, Firefox — on any device. There is nothing exotic in the pages by design. AnsweredDo sold-out items come back automatically the next day?Only if a cancel restores stock or you add stock — the platform never invents inventory. Set tomorrow's counts as part of opening routine (it takes seconds on the Inventory page). AnsweredDo I need a computer, or does a phone work?A phone is enough for daily operation — the orders board is designed thumb-first. A computer is nicer for big menu-entry sessions, but never required. AnsweredCan I send a promo right now, at 11pm?Marketing waits for the 10:00–21:00 window at the moment of sending — a promo queued at 11pm goes out after 10am. Order messages are exempt and send at any hour. AnsweredThere are 12 designs — what's the difference between them? Two (Classic and Photo Hero) are shells your colour preset styles. The other ten — Tabs, Bistro List, Photo Tiles, Poster Hero, Dense Grid, Category Rail, Menu Board, Carousels, App Column, Anunzio On AnsweredSomeone photographed our table QR and 'ordered' from home as a prank — risk?A table order placed from home still lands on your board with the table name — staff glance, see table 7 empty, cancel with reason. Codes can also be rotated by retiring/re-adding a table if one leaks AnsweredHow many people can join a group order?Enough for any real table — the flow is built for families and office lunches. Practical limits are generous; the kitchen ticket itemises per person either way. AnsweredCan dine-in be cash-only while delivery takes card machine?Yes — dine-in's allowed payment list is separate. Checkout refuses a method not allowed for tables rather than silently switching it. AnsweredCan I see a real example page?Yes — the platform runs public demo pages in several styles. Ask support for current links, or just start a trial: your own page IS the demo, private until shared. AnsweredWhat is the treasure hunt perk?A dine-in game where a visit can uncover a prize — configured under the dine-in perks (Pro tier for prize-bearing games). It gives tables a reason to scan every visit. AnsweredCan I download my full customer list?Yes, owner-gated export — and note each export is audit-logged, which protects YOU in any later dispute about where a list went. AnsweredIs the scratch card annoying for customers? It is offered after DELIVERY, when goodwill peaks, and it's opt-in play. Restaurants using it see repeat-order lift because the prize creates the next visit's reason. AnsweredWhat earning rule works best for a karak cafeteria?Per-order with a low goal (buy 5, get one free) — high-frequency, low-ticket shops reward visits. Per-AED suits higher-ticket menus where basket size varies a lot. AnsweredCan hotel rooms use this as room service?Rooms are tables with nicer names — 'Room 214' works exactly like 'Table 12', including the QR card by the phone. Delivery-style address flow stays available for outside orders. AnsweredIs there a limit on option groups per item?No hard limit that a real menu hits. If an item needs more than three or four groups, consider splitting it into variants — customers choose faster. AnsweredHow long does it actually take to go live?Your page is live the second signup finishes — the success screen shows the address with Copy and Open buttons. Realistically you want a menu, hours, a minimum order and your buildings before sharing AnsweredCan I set up the page before telling anyone?Yes — your page is only found by people you give the link to (or search engines once you share it around). Until you publish the link, it is effectively your private staging area. AnsweredHow big should a welcome discount be?10% with a sensible minimum outperforms deep cuts long-term — you're buying a first trial of food you're proud of, not renting bargain hunters. AnsweredWhy does the customer's total sometimes end in .25 or .75?Cash rounding: totals are settled to coin-friendly steps and the rounding is stored explicitly on the order — the receipt always shows the exact arithmetic.
