Can the card push a message when the customer is NEAR my restaurant? On Apple passes, up to a handful of geo-locations per plan tier can surface the card on the lock screen nearby. Google retired that mechanism platform-wide — not us.Loyalty & wallet6 August 2026 AnsweredA customer says their card still shows the old number — is it broken?Almost certainly not. Cards update in the background, usually within minutes of the stamp landing — and a stamp lands only when the order is COMPLETE (you marked it delivered, or the completion timer Loyalty & wallet6 August 2026 AnsweredDoes the system remember my customers' addresses for them?Their own phone does, per restaurant, and that copy never leaves their device. There is deliberately no way to type a phone number and retrieve a person — that would let anyone look anyone up.Privacy & data6 August 2026 AnsweredI can't find the abandoned-cart feature in my panel — does it exist? It does — Marketing → the 'Abandoned carts' card, under 'Bring them back'. It opens straight onto its own section: turn it on, choose how long to wait and what to say; every prepared message then waitPromotions6 August 2026 AnsweredCan I schedule menu changes for later? Not on a timer today — changes apply when you save. For predictable windows, per-item time-window pricing exists under promotions (e.g. a lunch price).Menu & inventory6 August 2026 AnsweredWhat exactly locks when my plan doesn't include a feature? The feature's pages show a lock and its actions refuse politely — nothing breaks, and your data behind the lock is preserved for when you upgrade.Account & billing6 August 2026 AnsweredIs it possible to change prices in bulk without rebuilding the whole menu? Not with Add mode — that gives duplicates at the new price. Use "Replace menu" with your full corrected sheet; that is the intended way to do a price round. Note a cheaper price arriving via import isMenu & inventory6 August 2026 AnsweredCan I cap how much a campaign can cost me?Campaign value is bounded by design: coupons carry usage caps, prizes are minted single-use, and marketing volume obeys your weekly per-customer cap. Set caps at creation — the platform enforces them.Promotions6 August 2026 AnsweredReview-for-reward: is it against Google's rules?Rewarding REVIEWS is fine; rewarding POSITIVE reviews is not. The built-in flow (and its visible warning) rewards the act of reviewing — keep your copy neutral and you're clean.Promotions6 August 2026 AnsweredDoes my wallet card put customers' phone numbers in Google's hands? No — the pass carries no name, number or address, and its update mechanism is built so wallet infrastructure never learns your customer list. Structural, not a setting.Loyalty & wallet6 August 2026 AnsweredSomeone cancelled an order after delivery and the whole managers group got an alert — can I turn that off?No, by design. Cancelling an already-delivered order is the one action that can quietly rewrite money, so the group is told immediately: invoice, amount, who, and the typed reason. Stock and any coupoWhatsApp6 August 2026 AnsweredKitchen wants dine-in tickets marked loudly — options? They already are: dine-in tickets name the table prominently instead of an address. Kitchens separate the two streams at a glance.Dine-in & QR6 August 2026 AnsweredWhat does the platform cost after the trial?Plans are monthly, invoiced properly with VAT. Current plan pricing is shared when you subscribe — contact support and we'll quote you straight.Getting started6 August 2026 AnsweredDo you keep the address of someone who abandoned a cart?A cart left behind is deleted whole after three days — the row, not just its contents — and immediately if that number goes on to order. The shortest retention on the platform, precisely because it isPrivacy & data6 August 2026 AnsweredCan I have both delivery and pickup?Delivery is the primary flow today, with dine-in via table QR as the second mode. True 'pickup' as its own flow is not a separate option yet — many restaurants run pickup informally through a note.Getting started6 August 2026 AnsweredWhat's a realistic redemption rate to expect?Healthy programmes see 20–40% of earned rewards redeemed. Much lower usually means the goal is too far or the reward too weak — tune one, not both at once.Loyalty & wallet5 August 2026 AnsweredWhat is the win-back ladder?A gentle sequence for lapsed customers — each rung waits, escalates slightly, and stops the moment they order. It runs through your caps and windows like everything else.Promotions5 August 2026 AnsweredMy accountant wants the figures in Excel, not PDF.Every month on Reports → Monthly statements has both buttons, built from identical figures. The XLSX is for pasting into your own books — real numbers in the cells, so your formulas work.Account & billing5 August 2026 AnsweredShould rewards expire?A gentle expiry (30–60 days) nudges redemption and caps liability. The wallet card shows the countdown, which itself drives a visit.Loyalty & wallet5 August 2026 AnsweredCan I customise the confirmation text? The transactional messages are standardised (they carry the ticket facts and links reliably); your voice lives in marketing messages and campaign templates, which are fully yours to write.WhatsApp5 August 2026 AnsweredDo cancelled orders count in my revenue stats? No — revenue tiles count non-cancelled orders. Cancelled orders remain visible on the board with their reason, but they don't inflate your numbers.Orders & delivery5 August 2026 AnsweredMy long menu is slow for customers to scroll — best design?Use one of the text-first designs (Bistro List, Menu Board) or the Category Rail with its sticky category list — all three are built for long menus.Menu & inventory5 August 2026 AnsweredCan two phones be linked at once? The platform link is one connection per restaurant. Your own phone continues using WhatsApp normally alongside it — the link is an additional device, not a takeover.WhatsApp5 August 2026 AnsweredTwo-factor authentication — is it available?Login is protected by captcha and throttles today; the auth provider supports stronger factors and they're on the roadmap. Use a strong unique password — the reset flow is solid.Account & billing5 August 2026 AnsweredIs my restaurant page tracking my customers? What exactly is recorded?First-party visit measurement only — built and run by the platform, no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no third-party trackers, nothing follows anyone to another website and nothing is ever sold.
