A guest scanned at lunch and ordered delivery from home that night — did it go to the table? No. The scanned table lives in that browser tab only, for at most four hours, so a later visit through your normal link is an ordinary delivery order. There is also a "Not at a table?" link on the che AnsweredPhone died and orders are flowing — do messages queue? If your link drops, sends fail and are recorded with reasons in the Message centre (and the failure-rate guard may pause to protect you). Orders themselves NEVER stop — the board keeps filling; re-lin AnsweredCan I reset a programme and start over?Support can retire a programme cleanly. Do it rarely and loudly — customers remember confiscated stamps far longer than they remember discounts. Rejoining soon after usually recovers it — ask support before it's gone if the name matters to you. AnsweredHow do I take the whole dining room offline for a private event?Untick "Accepting scans" on each table and Save. Scanning those cards then shows the normal delivery storefront rather than an error. Tick them back afterwards — the same printed cards work again; not AnsweredWhere do customer notes appear? On the managers' ticket and the order detail. Riders see the delivery-relevant parts on their dispatch. AnsweredIs it possible to send different orders to different rider groups?Yes — Settings → Riders & dispatch groups: create a rider group per crew pointed at that crew's WhatsApp group, link each rider to their crew, and assigning that rider re-sends the ticket to their gro AnsweredPhotos look different sizes on my page — why? They shouldn't: every upload is squared and resized automatically. If an old item looks off, re-upload its photo — it will be normalised like the rest. AnsweredWhat happens if I hit 1,000 orders before day 15?The banner starts warning at 900 by switching from days to orders remaining. Two weeks of trading rarely reaches it — if you are heading there, that is a good problem and a reason to talk to support e AnsweredThe customer's WhatsApp number was wrong — the confirmation failed. Is the order still valid?Yes — the order stands (it's on your board); only the message failed, and the Message centre shows why. Call the number on the ticket or use the pin to deliver. AnsweredDoes the customer get anything to follow the order, or do they have to keep asking?Every confirmation carries a "📦 Track your order" link to that order's own live status page, plus a link back to your menu. It updates as you move the order along. It is specific to their order — not AnsweredHow do I close just for Eid without deleting my hours?Tick Closed on that weekday under Working hours, then untick it afterwards — your times are remembered in the boxes. There is no one-off holiday date switch today. Pair it with a line on your Closed p AnsweredHow late can a customer cancel?Customers don't self-cancel — they message you (their confirmation invites replies) and staff cancel from the board. That keeps kitchen reality in the loop. AnsweredDoes the platform read my WhatsApp chats? No. The link is used to SEND the platform's messages and observe delivery results. Your conversations are yours; message bodies the platform sent are even purged from its records on a retention schedu AnsweredWhat is beat-the-rush?A storefront nudge in your quiet window ('order before 12:30, beat the rush') — display-only, no messages, and it shifts real orders off your peak. AnsweredA customer asked me to delete everything about them. What do I do?Email support with the mobile number they ordered with. Their orders keep amounts and invoice numbers (you need those for tax) but the name, phone, unit, map link, notes and message contents are strip AnsweredDo table QRs work for shisha cafes with outdoor seating?Perfectly — outdoor tables are just tables. Laminate the cards; the scan-to-order flow doesn't care about walls. AnsweredMy statement shows no VAT — is that a bug?No — VAT appears only when a TRN is saved under Settings → Ordering. Without one, documents are titled Invoice with no VAT line; with one, Tax Invoice showing the VAT already inside the totals. AnsweredWhat are the coloured bars at the top of my dashboard?Things that need you now: orders waiting to be confirmed, orders out for delivery, items with no stock, messages that failed in the last 24 hours — each a link to the page that resolves it. Nothing to AnsweredWhy does one order produce three messages?A confirmation to the customer, a ticket to your managers group, and a dispatch to your riders group with the building, unit, phone, the cash to collect and a map pin. A table order produces no rider AnsweredHow do I show spice level or veg labels?Put them in the item description — it renders under the name on every design. Emojis work too, in moderation. AnsweredI ticked 'Card holders only' and now nobody can order it — why? That item is reserved for loyalty-card holders — and if your loyalty programme is off, there is no card for anyone to hold, so checkout refuses everyone. The Menu page shows an amber warning naming th AnsweredI sent a campaign and nothing happened — where did it go?Reports → Message history → the Marketing review tab.
