Past orders keep the table name they were placed under, which is the point: removing the table would quietly detach your own history. AnsweredA table wants separate bills. What do I press?Open the table and press Split the bill. Stay on By item, tap a dish in the list on the left, then tap the bill it belongs to. Press + Another bill for each extra person, up to twelve bills on one tab AnsweredCan I take a booking over the phone myself?Yes. The same page has a Book form at the bottom: name, people, when, phone, a table if you want to give one, and notes. It joins the same list as the ones guests make, and each row says which way it AnsweredHow does a waiter start a table?Tap the table on the Tables screen of a waiter phone or a POS machine. A free table opens straight away with an empty tab; a table that already has one opens what is on it. A waiter CAN scan the table's code on the customer's behalf and hand the phone over. AnsweredWhat does the guest get when I press Call?A WhatsApp saying their table is ready and asking them to come to the host within ten minutes. It rides the same message lane as every other customer message, so your pause switch and your message his AnsweredDo I have to place every table on the plan? No. Any area where at least one table has been placed is drawn as a room, and tables in that area with no position sit in a plain grid underneath it. They sit as Waiting with the minutes counting up. Pr AnsweredSomeone photographed our table QR and 'ordered' from home as a prank — risk?A table order placed from home still lands on your board with the table name — staff glance, see table 7 empty, cancel with reason. Codes can also be rotated by retiring/re-adding a table if one leaks AnsweredHow many people can join a group order? You decide, and it is a real setting rather than a vague limit: Settings → Group orders, "How many people, including the organiser" — anywhere from 2 to 50, and 20 unless you change it. Checkout refuses a method not allowed for tables rather than silently switching it. AnsweredWhat is the treasure hunt perk?A dine-in game where a visit can uncover a prize — configured under the dine-in perks (Pro tier for prize-bearing games). It gives tables a reason to scan every visit. Delivery-style address flow stays available for outside orders. AnsweredCan I put something on a tab that is not on the menu?Yes. Inside a round there is a line you type by hand: a short name and a price. Use it for a bottle of water out of the fridge or a one off charge. Loyalty is to the person, not the furniture. AnsweredWhat sizes do the print-pack cards come in?Per-table PNG and SVG (scalable to any size) plus a print-ready A4 sheet. Most restaurants print tent cards from the A4 and laminate. AnsweredCan the cooks answer a delivery app order without leaving the kitchen?Yes, when that order is still waiting for an answer. It mirrors how tables actually work: one bill, one payer, friends sort themselves out. AnsweredCan a customer just type in a table number instead of scanning? No, deliberately.
