Can I turn the automatic yearly renewal off?Yes, from Settings, Plan and billing, in the panel called The POS. Nothing is coPOS & the counter17 August 2026 AnsweredIf my plan payment fails, do I lose the POS as well? No, and that is deliberate. Your web dashboard locks while the plan is unpaid, but you paid for the POS separately, so the machines at the counter carry on selling and everything they take is safe. ThPOS & the counter16 August 2026 AnsweredWhat does Should be there mean on the closing screen? It is the cash the POS expects in the tray: your float, plus cash sales, plus money paid in and cash handed in from tables, minus cash refunds and anything paid out. Card sales are not in it, because POS & the counter16 August 2026 AnsweredDo counter sales and online orders share the same order numbers?Yes, one run of numbers for the whole restaurant. The screen shows a tile for each note, 500 down to 5, plus one for coins. Tap a tile and type how many of that note you have. Can a pizza POS here handle all those options?Yes, because the POS sells from the same menu as your ordering page, and every dish carries its option groups. It comes off what the drawer should hold, so the count at the end still balances. MPOS & the counter14 August 2026 AnsweredCan the POS talk to my card machine directly? Not yet, and we would rather say so than promise it. Today every restaurant's machine is typed by hand: the cashier keys the amount on the machine, reads the answer, and the POS records how it was paiPOS & the counter14 August 2026 AnsweredDo I need a card saved before I can switch the POS on?Yes. How does that reach the drawer? The waiter carries it and hands it in, and the hand in is recorded against them on the shift.
